Winter Park Chain of Lakes
Experience the beautiful landscape and history of Winter Park. Located 10 minutes from downtown Orlando, each trip guarantees plenty of towering cypress trees, lush ferns, bamboo, and a variety of flourishing sub-tropical flowers. Breathtaking views of luxurious private homes and exquisite estates. Our trip launches from the historical Dinky Dock on lake Virginia and through 3 of Winter Parks 7 lakes., meandering through tropical canals, once used for logging. Truly an amazing chance to see central Florida at it's finest.

Butler Chain of Lakes
Join us for fun paddle on the Butler chain of lakes! We will begin our trip on the shores of Lake Palmer meander through the canal to Lake Louise which will offer behind the scenes views of the Isleworth Golf and Country Club as well as the beautiful homes in the Isleworth community. Onto the largest lake of the Butler chain, Lake Butler, where we will go exploring around Bird Island!

Sunrise Yoga/Meditation
Begin your day with a relaxing, positive experience. Enjoy a half hour yoga session beneath Spanish moss covered oak trees along the shores of Lake Maitland. Then slip into your kayak for meditation on the lake. Soak in the sounds and sights of nature with focused breathing and body awareness.
